"Technology Design and Ethics in India" Information Session
Join us for our first Info Session on November 18 at 12:30 pm in Klaus 1212. The new program, "Technology Design and Ethics in India," is a 6-week program with 4 weeks of instruction in Atlanta and 2 weeks of instruction in Mumbai. The 2 foundational Computer Science courses of the program will be taught by Georgia Tech CS faculty and Program Director, Naveena Karusala.
Program Courses:
- CS 4001 – Computing & Society (Ethics Credit) - Students will critically examine how issues around technology such as globalization, bias, privacy, and others affect people worldwide.
- CS 3751 – Intro to User Interface Design - Students will explore culturally situated approaches to design and, through the course project, create an inventive design artifact.
